International Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 3–8 business days
USA & Canada: 8–15 business days
Asia Pacific: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 15–20 business days

Please note that customs processing and local courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Customs & duties

international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours at hello@flukette.com with photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@flukette.com.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Once approved and received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
